The site which is zoned for suburban centre use and based on the framework plan for the area of Howth, Paul Duignan of Duignan Dooley architects has designed a development which will strengthen the provision and range of facilities for the entire Howth community while protecting the character of the town within its unique natural environment. Extensive hard and soft landscaping will also be provided with walkways and a Central Plaza.
